Our Masquerade Ball thematic evening: a major event worthy of the great balls of the time with an orchestra, a musical trio or a DJ… classy! A concept that will amaze you like “Eyes wide shut”.
At the entrance, we install a 24-foot-long red carpet, with red velvet ropes and why not, optional rose petals! Various multi-colored masks are provided to all your guests, who are invited to wear their finest attire!
Ballroom :
The room is enhanced by sumptuous decor in varied and deep colors, for a cozy atmosphere that stands out! The stage has red velvet curtains and colorful lighting, as well as two giant Venetian masks. Additional giant masks adorn your venue and set a glitzy tone for the evening. Two gigantic mirrors, 7 feet high, framed in chocolate-colored wood, adorn the room with splendor.
Photobooth:
A professional photographer with his photo booth is on site, equipped with all the required equipment and lighting. It immortalizes the entrance of the guests, against a large black velvet curtain background. We also provide around twenty accessories of all kinds (scarves, boas, masks, capes, etc.) for taking photos of guests. The photos are then available on Flick'r, via a private link provided to the company, or on site as an option.
Makeup artist:
We suggest an experienced makeup artist who will enhance the faces of guests not wearing a mask (paint and air brush). The service is offered for a duration of 2 hours, during the cocktail and dinner.
For a touch of fantasy, a jester performs among your guests, such as juggling, magic and acrobatic tricks.
